About Us

Hmong-American woman (she/her)

Tia Yang Ly is a first-generation Hmong-American woman, born in the refugee camps of Thailand. Her family immigrated to the United States in the mid-1980s, bringing with them a deep sense of resilience and community. Today, Tia lives in the Midwest with her husband and their three wonderful children. As a dedicated behavior analyst, she focuses on providing autism spectrum therapy and emphasizes the importance of culturally responsive care in her practice.

Board certified behavior analyst

Tia has been providing autism spectrum therapy to individuals since 2006. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018. Her clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings, where she offers culturally responsive care to clients ranging in age from 18 months to 65 years.

Small business owner

Tia is committed to delivering compassionate and culturally responsive care to the communities she serves, particularly in the field of autism spectrum therapy. As a behavior analyst, she is a strong advocate for assent-based treatment and is dedicated to shaping the next generation of clinicians through collaborative mentorship and values-driven practice.
